Mercaóleo has received support from the European Union under the NextGenerationEU Fund, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, for the installation of a 596.16 kWp photovoltaic self-consumption solar system located at the Reina Sofía plant as part of the incentives program linked to self-consumption and storage, using renewable energy sources. Additionally, the project involves the implementation of renewable thermal systems in the residential sector of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, managed by the Andalusian Regional Government through the Andalusian Energy Agency.
